COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 136/83 of 19 January 1983 amending certain selling prices and postponing the date for the take-over of beef and veal offered for sale by the intervention agencies under Regulation (EEC) No 2329/79

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation COMMUNITIES, are in accordance with the opinion of the Management Committee for Beef and Veal , Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 805/68 Article 1 of 27 June 1968 on the common organization of the market in beef and veal ('), as last amended by the Act In Article 1 ( 1 ) of Regulation (EEC) No 2329/79, the of Accession of Greece, and in particular Article 7 (3) date '1 January 1982' is hereby replaced by thereof, '1 June 1982'.
