COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1382/83 of 31 May 1983 fixing the amount of the subsidy on oil seeds

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN provisionally and will have to be either confirmed or COMMUNITIES , replaced as soon as the target price for the 1983/84 marketing year and the said increase are known ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, Whereas it follows from applying the detailed rules Having regard to Council Regulation No 136/66/EEC contained in Regulation (EEC) No 75/83 to the infor­ mation known to the Commission that the amount of of 22 September 1966 on the establishment of a common organization of the market in oils and fats ('), the subsidy at present in force should be altered to the as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1413/82 (2), amount set out in the Annex hereto, and in particular Article 27 (4) thereof,

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Whereas the amount of the subsidy referred to in Article 27 of Regulation No 136/66/EEC was fixed by Regulation (EEC) No 75/83 (3), as last amended by Article 1 Regulation (EEC) No 1320/83 (4); 1 .
