COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 2363/83
of 19 August 1983 fixing the components used to calculate the differential amounts for colza, rape and sunflower seed
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN taking into account the incidence on the price of the COMMUNITIES, average percentage difference between ;
— the ratio between the conversion rate used for Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European purposes of the common agricultural policy for the Economic Community, currency of the relevant Member State and the actual parity of each of the currencies of the Member States which keep their exchange rates at Having regard to Council Regulation No 136/66/EEC any given moment within a band of 2,25 % , and of 22 September 1966 on the establishment of a common organization of the market in oils and fats ('), — the spot market rate recorded over a given period as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1413/82 (2), for the currency of the relevant Member State against each of the currencies of the Member States specified above ; Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1223/83 of 20 May 1983 on the exchange rates to be applied in agriculture (3), as last amended by Regula tion (EEC) No 1877/83 (4), Whereas pursuant to Article 2 (2) of Regulation (EEC) No 1569/72 forward differential amounts are to be determined where the forward exchange rate for one or more currencies differs from the spot rate by at least Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1569/72 of 20 July 1972 laying down special measures a given percentage ; whereas this percentage has been fixed at 2,5 by Regulation (EEC) No 2300/73 f), as last for colza, rape and sunflower seed (*), as last amended amended by Regulation (EEC) No 2258/83 (8) ; by Regulation (EEC) No 2027/83 (6), and in particular Article 2 (2) thereof,
Whereas where, for one or more months, forward Whereas Article 2 ( 1 ) (a) of Regulation (EEC) No exchange rates are not available, the rate adopted for 1569/72 provides that the differential amounts for the previous month or the following month, as the those Member States which keep their exchange rates case may be, is to be used ; at any given moment within a band of 2,25 % must be determined by taking into account the incidence on prices of the percentage difference between : Whereas the components used to calculate the diffe rential amounts were fixed by Regulation (EEC) No — the conversion rate used for the purposes of the 2169/83 (9), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No common agricultural policy, and 2254/83 (10) ; — the conversion rate resulting from the central rate ;

Whereas for certain currencies the difference referred HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : to in Article 2 (2) of the abovementioned Regulation exceeds 2,5 % for certain coming months ; Article 1
The components used to calculate the differential amounts provided for in Article 1 of Regulation (EEC) No 1569/72 shall be as set out in the Annex hereto.
Whereas it follows from applying the detailed rules set Article 2 out above that the components used to calculate the differential amounts should be as set out in the Annex This Regulation shall enter into force on 22 August hereto, 1983 .
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States . ,
