COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 2625/83 of 20 September 1983 on the issue of import licences for high-quality fresh , chilled or frozen beef and veal

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN from the United States of America and Canada which COMMUNITIES, may be imported on special terms in 1983 at 10 000 tonnes ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, Whereas the applications received by the beginning of September 1983 cover quantities less than the quota Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 217/81 available ; whereas, therefore, these applications can be of 20 January 1981 opening a Community tariff quota met in full , for high-quality fresh, chilled or frozen beef and veal falling within subheadings 02.01 A II a) and 02.01 A II HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : b) of the Common Customs Tariff ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 3340/82 (2), and in particular Article 2 thereof, Article 1
