COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 123/84 of 18 January 1984 fixing the minimum selling prices for boned beef put up for sale by tender in accordance with Regulation (EEC) No 2326/79

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the Management Committee for Beef and COMMUNITIES, Veal has not delivered an opinion within the time limit set by its chairman, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION :
