COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 829/84 of 30 March 1984 fixing the amount of the subsidy on oil seeds

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas it follows from applying the detailed rules COMMUNITIES, contained in Regulation (EEC) No 2866/83 to the information known to the Commission that the Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European amount of the subsidy at present in force should be Economic Community, altered to the amount set out in the Annex hereto, Having regard to Council Regulation No 136/66/EEC of 22 September 1966 on the establishment of a common organization of the market in oils and fats ('), HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1413/82 (2), and in particular Article 27 (4) thereof, Article 1 Whereas the amount of the subsidy referred to in Article 27 of Regulation No 136/66/ EEC was fixed by Regulation (EEC) No 2866/83 (3), as last amended by 1 . The amount of the subsidy referred to in Article Regulation (EEC) No 785/84 (4) ; 27 of Regulation No 136/66/EEC shall be as set out in the Annex hereto . Whereas, in the absence of the target price for the 1984/85 marketing year for colza, rape and sunflower 2.
