COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1702/84 of 18 June 1984 fixing the export refunds on fruit and vegetables
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN may make it necessary to vary the refund for a given COMMUNITIES, product according to the destination of that product ;
Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Whereas tomatoes, sweet fresh oranges, fresh manda Economic Community, rins, fresh lemons, apples and peaches of the common quality standards 'Extra' Class, Class I and Class II, Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 'Extra' Class and Class I hothouse grapes and open 1035/72 of 18 May 1972 on the common organization ground grapes, almonds and hazelnuts, and unshelled of the market in fruit and vegetables ('), as last walnuts may at present be exported in economically amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1 631 /84 (2), and in significant quantities ; particular Article 30 (4) thereof,

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : shelled hazelnuts and apples as set out in the Annex hereto. , Article 1
1 . The export refunds on fruit and vegetables shall be as set out in the Annex hereto. Article 2
2. The provisions of Articles 10 (1 ) (b) and 23 (1 ) (c) of Regulation (EEC) No 2730/79 shall apply to exports This Regulation shall enter into force on 19 June 1984. of sweet oranges, mandarins, lemons, walnuts in shell,
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
