COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1936/85 of 12 July 1985 on the sale by special tendering procedure of boned beef and veal held by certain intervention agencies

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : COMMUNITIES, Article 1

1 . The sale shall take place of approximately : Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, — 500 tonnes of boned beef and veal held by the Danish intervention agency and put into store before 1 October 1984, Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 805/68 — 2 000 tonnes of boned beef and veal held by the of 27 June 1968 on the common organization of the German intervention agency and put into store market in beef and veal ('), as last amended by the Act before 1 September 1984, of Accession of Greece, and in particular Article 7 (3) — 1 800 tonnes of boned beef and veal held by the thereof, Irish intervention agency and put into store before 1 May 1984, — 1 000 tonnes of boned beef and veal held by the Whereas the Danish, German, Irish and United United Kingdom intervention agency and put into Kingdom intervention agencies are holding stocks of store before 1 October 1984. boned intervention meat ; whereas an extension of the period of storage for the meat should be avoided on 2. Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation Article 2 are in accordance with the opinion of the Management Committee for Beef and Veal , This Regulation shall enter into force on 15 July 1985.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
