COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 2751 /85 of 30 September 1985 fixing the export refunds on fruit and vegetables

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN may make it necessary to vary the refund for a given COMMUNITIES, product according to the destination of that product ;

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 2. The provisions of Articles 10 ( 1 ) (b) and 23 ( 1 ) (c) of Regulation (EEC) No 2730/79 shall apply to exports of lemons, walnuts in shell, shelled hazelnuts, apricots and apples as set out in the Annex hereto. Article 1 Article 2
