COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 3169/85 of 13 November 1985 fixing the minimum selling prices for boned beef put up for sale by tender in accordance with Regulation (EEC) No 2326/79

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION :

Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, Article 1 Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 805/68 of 27 June 1968 on the common organization of the market 1 . Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the opinion of the Management This Regulation shall enter into force on 14 November Committee for Beef and Veal, 1985 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
