COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 1237 / 86 of 28 April 1986 fixing the import levies on frozen beef and veal
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, (b) 50 % where the market price is more than 102 % and less than or equal to 104 % of the guide price ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European (c) 25 % where the market price is more than 104 % and Economic Community, less than 1 06 % of the guide price ; Having regard to the Act of Accession of Spain and (d) 0 % where the market price is more than 106 % of Portugal, the guide price ;
