COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1725/86 of 2 June 1986 amending for the fifth time Regulation (EEC) No 1795/85 fixing countervailing charges on seeds
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, (EEC) No 1 665/72 (*), requires that these charges be amended ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the opinion of the Management Having regard to the Act of Accession of Spain and Committee for Seeds, Portugal, Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 2358/71 of 26 October 1971 on the common organization of the HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : market in seeds ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 3768/85 (2), and in particular Article 6 (5) thereof, Article 1 Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1795/85 (3), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1308/86 (4), fixed The Annex to Regulation (EEC) No 1795/85 is replaced countervailing charges on seeds in respect of a certain by the Annex to this Regulation. type of hybrid maize for sowing ; Whereas, since that time, a significant variation has been Article 2 recorded in the free-at-frontier offer prices which, under the terms of Article 4 (2) of Commission Regulation This Regulation shall enter into force on 3 June 1986.
