COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 483/87 of 17 February 1987 amending for the second time Regulation (EEC) No 354/87 introducing a coun tervailing charge on lemons originating in Cyprus

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, duced in application of Article 25 of that Regulation is amended ; whereas if those conditions are taken into Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European consideration, the countervailing charge on the import of Economic Community, lemons originating in Cyprus must be altered, Having regard to the Act of Accession of Spain and Portugal, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1035/72 of 18 May 1972 on the common organization of the Article 1 market in fruit and vegetables (!), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1351/86 (^, and in particular the second subparagraph of Article 27 (2) thereof, In Article 1 of amended Regulation (EEC) No 354/87 ' 13,80 ECU' is hereby replaced by '0,50 ECU'.
