COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 811/87 of 18 March 1987 amending Regulation (EEC) No 1659/86 on a principal standing invitation to tender for the export of white sugar

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the opinion of the Management Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Committee for Sugar, Economic Community,

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1785/81 of 30 June 1981 on the common organization of the Article 1 markets in the sugar sector ('), as last amended by Regula tion (EEC) No 229/87 (2), and in particular Articles 13 (2), Article 4 (3) of Regulation (EEC) No 1659/86 is hereby 18 (5) and 19 (4) and (7) thereof, replaced by the following : 'By way of derogation from paragraph 2 (b) the periods Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 608/72 of for submission of tenders which were to end on 23 March 1972 laying down rules to be applied in the Wednesday, 10 June and Wednesday, 17 June 1987 sugar sector in cases of significant price rises on the world shall end on Tuesday, 9 June 1987 and Tuesday 16 market (3), and in particular Article 1 ( 1 ) thereof, June 1987 respectively at 10.30 a.m.'
