COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 980/87 of 3 April 1987 amending for the third time Regulation (EEC) No 2025/86 fixing countervailing charges on seeds

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, Whereas, given that the first imports of hybrid sorghum seed since the entry into force of Regulation (EEC) No Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European 1355/86 have now taken place, the countervailing charge Economic Community, on imports of hybrid sorghum for sowing should be fixed Having regard to the Act of Accession of Spain and for the first time ; Portugal, Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation are Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 2358/71 in accordance with the opinion of the Management of 26 October 1971 on the common organization of the Committee for Seeds, market in seeds ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1 355/86 (2), and in particular Article 6 (5) thereof, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2025/86 (3), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 663/87 (4), fixed countervailing charges on seeds in respect of a certain Article 1 type of hybrid maize for sowing ; The Annex to Regulation (EEC) No 2025/86 is replaced Whereas, since that time, a significant variation has been by Annexes I and II to this Regulation. recorded in the free-at-frontier offer prices which, under the terms of Article 4 (2) of Commission Regulation Article 2 (EEC) No 1665/72 (*), as amended by Regulation (EEC) No 281 1 /86 (% requires that these charges be amended ; This Regulation shall enter into force on 7 April 1987.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
