COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1554/87 of 3 June 1987 fixing the maximum export refund for white sugar for the 51st partial invitation to tender issued within the framework of the standing invitation to tender provided for in Regulation (EEC) No 1659/86

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, Whereas, following an examination of the tenders submitted in response to the 51st partial invitation to Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European tender, the provisions set out in Article 1 should be Economic Community, adopted ; Having regard to the Act of Accession of Spain and Portugal, Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the opinion of the Management Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1785/81 Committee for Sugar, of 30 June 1981 on the common organization of the markets in the sugar sector ('), as last amended by Regu­ lation (EEC) No 229/87 (2), and in particular the first sub­ paragraph of Article 19 (4) (b) thereof, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1659/86 of 29 May 1986 on a standing invitation to tender in order Article 1 to determine levies and/or refunds on exports of white sugar (3), as amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1002/87 (4) ; The maximum export refund for the 51st partial requires partial invitations to tender to be issued for the invitation to tender for white sugar issued under amended export of this sugar ; Regulation (EEC) No 1659/86 is hereby fixed at 46,819 Whereas, pursuant to Article 9 ( 1 ) of Regulation (EEC) No ECU per 100 kilograms. 1659/86, a maximum export refund shall be fixed, as the case may be, account being taken in particular of the state and foreseeable development of the Community and Article 2 world markets in sugar, for the partial invitation to tender in question ; This Regulation shall enter into force on 4 June 1987.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
