COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1579/87 of 4 June 1987 prolonging the second suspension of the advance fixing of the import levy for certain cereals

Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1340/87 (3), as amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1404/87 (4) ; Article 2 suspended advance fixing of the import levy for certain cereals ; whereas the reasons which led to that suspension This Regulation shall enter into force on 6 June 1987.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
