Whereas, in accordance with Article 18 (1 ) of Regulation (EEC) No 2727/75, the nomenclature provided for in this Article 2 Regulation is incorporated in the Common Customs Tariff, This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 1987.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
