COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 2435/87 of 11 August 1987 fixing definitively the export refund for colza and rape seed applicable from 1 February to 31 July 1987 for the 1987/88 marketing year

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, monthly increases in the forget price for the 1987/88 marketing year ; whereas Council Regulation (EEC) No 1917/87 (8) fixed the target prices and intervention prices Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European for colza, rape and sunflower seed for the 1987/88 marke­ Economic Community, ting year and Council Regulation (EEC) No 1918/87 (9) fixed the monthly increases in the target and intervention prices for colza, rape and sunflower seed for the 1987/88 marketing year ; Having regard to Council Regulation No 136/66/EEC of 22 September 1966 on the establishment of a common organization of the market in oils and fats ('), as last Whereas, between 1 February and 31 July 1987, the amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1915/87 (2), provisional amounts of the refund in question applicable for July to December 1987 were fixed subject to the amount to be deducted under the system of maximum Having regard to Council Regulation No 142/67/EEC of guaranteed quantities ; whereas that abatement was fixed 21 June 1967 on export refunds on colza, rape and by Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2295/87 (10) ; sunflower seeds (3), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 2429/72 (4), and in particular Article ,2 (3) thereof, Whereas the amounts of the export refunds for colza and rape seed valid provisionally should therefore be confirmed or altered and they should be fixed definitively, Whereas Council Regulation (EEC) No 1890/87 of 2 July 1987 amending Regulation (EEC) No 1678/85 fixing the conversion rates to be applied in agriculture (*) lays down the new agricultural conversion rates applicable from 1 July 1987 for colza and rape seed ; whereas, for the appli­ cation of Article 6 of Council Regulation (EEC) No HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 1676/85 of 11 June 1985 on the value of the unit of account and the conversion rates to be applied for the purposes of the common agricultural policy (*), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1636/87 Q, the amounts in national currencies of the export refunds fixed Article 1 in advance by the Regulations adopted before 10 July 1987 which took account of the agricultural conversion 1 . The amounts of the export refund for colza and rape rates applicable on the dates of their entries into force seed fixed in advance for July to December 1987, as set should be adjusted for the months concerned by the new out in the Annexes to Commission Regulations (EEC) No agricultural conversion rates ; 295/87 ("), (EEC) No 420/87 (12), (EEC) No 592/87 (13), (EEC) No 921 /87 (14), (EEC) No 1204/87 (15), (EEC) No 1521 /87 (16) and (EEC) No 1857/87 (I7), shall be replaced Whereas, between 1 February and 13 July 1987, the by the amounts set out in the tables in the Annexes provisional amounts of the refund in question valid for hereto and which shall be fixed definitively from the date July to December 1987 took account of the target price of entry into force of the Regulations in question. and the monthly increases in that price valid for the 1985/86 marketing year or proposed by the Commission to the Council for the 1987/88 marketing year ; 2. Article 2 This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
