COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 2877/87 of 25 September 1987 amending for the third time Regulation (EEC) No 2699/H7 introducing a countervailing charge on fresh lemons originating in Argentina

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, duced in application of Article 25 of that Regulation is amended ; whereas if those conditions are taken into Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European consideration, the countervailing charge on the import of Economic Community, \ fresh lemons originating in Argentina must be altered, Having regard to the Act of Accession of Spain and Portugal, Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1035/72 HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : of 18 May 1972 on the common organization of the market in fruit and vegetables ('), as last amended by Article 1 Regulation (EEC) No 2275/87 (2), and in particular the second subparagraph of Article 27 (2) thereof, In Article 1 of amended Regulation (EEC) No 2699/87 Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2699/87 of 7 '9,71 ' ECU is hereby replaced by ' 19,78' ECU. September 1987 (3), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 2822/87 (4), introduced a countervailing charge on Article 2 fresh lemons originating in Argentina ; Whereas Article 26 ( 1 ) of Regulation (EEC) No 1035/72 This Regulation shall enter into force on 26 September laid down the conditions under which a charge intro 1987.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
