COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 3739/87 of 14 December 1987 amending the standing invitation to tender Regulation (EEC) No 1092/87 as regards the time limits for the submission of tenders for the export of sugar

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the opinion of the Management Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Committee for Sugar, Economic Community,

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1785/81 of 30 June 1981 on the common organization of the HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : markets in the sugar sector ('), as last amended by Regula­ tion (EEC) No 229/87 (2), and in particular Articles 13 (2), Article 1 18 (5) and 19 (4) and (7) thereof.
