The premiums to be added to the import levies Whereas the premiums to be added to the levies on rice fixed in advance in respect of rice and broken rice and broken rice were fixed by Commission Regulation originating in Portugal shall be zero. (EEC) No 2604/87 (3), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 3901 /87 (4) ; 2. The premiums to be added to the import levies fixed in advance in respect of rice and broken rice Whereas, on the basis of today's cif prices and cif forward originating in third countries shall be as set out in the delivery prices, the premiums at present in force, which Annex hereto . are to be added to the levies, should be altered to the amounts shown in the Annex hereto ; Article 2 Whereas Council Regulation (EEC) No 2658/87 (*) intro­ duces, from 1 January 1988 , a new 'combined nomencla This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 1988 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
