COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 481/88 of 22 February 1988 on the sale by invitation to tender of certain boned beef held by certain intervention agencies and intended for export to Venezuela

Whereas a time limit must be laid down for the export of Article 1 such meat ; whereas that time limit should be fixed taking account of Article 5 (b) of Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2377/80 of 4 September 1980 on special detailed rules 1 . Under the conditions laid down in this Regulation, for the application of the system of import and export 6 000 tonnes of boned beef held by intervention agencies licences in the beef and veal sector (% as last amended by and taken over by those agencies before 1 October 1987 Regulation (EEC) No 3988/87 0 ; shall be sold by periodical invitations to tender. The cuts put up for sale shall be as listed in Annex I.

Whereas it should be specified that exports of such cuts 2.
