COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 741/88 of 21 March 1988 amending Regulation (EEC) No 3280/87 fixing the accession compensatory amounts for olive oil for 1987/88

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, additional codes are defined in the table in the Appendix to Annex I to this Regulation, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 2658/87 HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : of 23 July 1987 on the tariff and statistical nomenclature and on the Common Customs Tariff ('), as amended by Article 1 Regulation (EEC) No 3985/87 (2), and in particular Article 15 (1 ) thereof, The Annex to Commission Regulation (EEC) No 3280/87 (3) is hereby replaced by Annexes I and II hereto. Whereas Regulation (EEC) No 2658/87 introduces a 'combined nomenclature' from 1 January 1988 ; whereas the combined nomenclature codes should accordingly be Article 2 introduced for accession compensatory amounts in the olive oil sector ; This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Whereas, for the sake of clarity, it should be specified that Communities. the codes used are those of the combined nomenclature as defined by Regulation (EEC) No 2658/87 ; whereas the It shall apply with effect from 1 January 1988 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
