COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1064/88 of 22 April 1988 fixing the premiums to be added to the import levies on rice and broken rice

The premiums to be added to the import levies fixed in advance in respect of rice and broken rice Whereas the premiums to be added to the levies on rice originating in Portugal shall be zero. and broken rice were fixed by Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2604/87 (3), as last amended by Regulation 2. The premiums to be added to the import levies (EEC) No 999/88 (4) ; fixed in advance in respect of rice and broken rice Whereas, on the basis of today's cif prices and cif forward originating in third countries shall be as set out in the Annex hereto . delivery prices, the premiums at present in force, which are to be added to the levies, should be altered to the amounts shown in the Annex hereto ; Article 2 Whereas Council Regulation (EEC) No 2658/87 (*) Intro­ duces, from 1 January 1988, a new 'combined nomencla This Regulation shall enter into force on 25 April 1988 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
