COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1153/88 of 28 April 1988 fixing the export refunds on milk and milk products

— the need to avoid disturbances on the Community THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, market, and

— the economic aspect of the proposed exports ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community,
