COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 3032/88 of 30 September 1988 on the sale by the procedure laid down in Regulation (EEC) No 2S39/84 of beef held by certain intervention agencies and intended for processing and repealing Regulation (EEC) No 2600/88

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION

Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, Article 1 '

1 . The qualities and the minimum prices referred to in Regulation (EEC) No 569/88 (% as last amended by Article 3 (1 ) of Regulation (EEC) No 2539/84 are given in Regulation (EEC) No 2415/88 (*), and Commission Annex I hereto. This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
