COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 564/89 of 3 March 1989 amending for the second time Regulation (EEC) No 2310/88 fixing countervai­ ling charges on seeds

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, (EEC) No 1 665/72 (*), as amended by Regulation (EEC) No 281 1 /86 (% requires that these charges be amended ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation are Having regard to the Act of Accession of Spain and in accordance with the opinion of the Management Committee for Seeds, Portugal,
