COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 620/89 of 10 March 1989 amending Regulation (EEC) No 212/89 on the opening of an invitation to tender for the refund for the export of common wheat

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the opinion of the Management Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Committee for Cereals, Economic Community, Having regard to Regulation (EEC) No 2727/75 of the Council of 29 October 1975 on the common organization HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : of the market in cereals ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 166/89 (2), Article 1 Having regard to Regulation (EEC) No 2746/75 of the Article 1 (1 ) of Regulation (EEC) No 212/89 is hereby Council of 29 October 1975 laying down general rules for amended as follows : granting export refunds on cereals and criteria for fixing the amount of such refunds (3), and in particular Article 5 ' 1 . A special intervention measure in the form of an thereof, export refund shall be applied in respect of 700 000 tonnes of common wheat exported from Germany.' Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 212/89 (4), as amended by Regulation (EEC) No 589/89 (*), opened an Article 2 invitation to tender for the refund for the export of common wheat ; This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its Whereas, in the present situation, it is appropriate to publication in the Official Journal of the European increase the quantity delivered to tender ; Communities.
