COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 682/89 of 16 March 1989 fixing the amount of the subsidy on oil seeds

The amount of the special subsidy provided 1989 to take into account the target price, and where for by Regulation (EEC) 1920/87 for sunflower seed appropriate, the effects of the application of the system of harvested and processed in Portugal is fixed in Annex III. maximum guaranteed quantities for colza and rape seed.
4. However, the amount of the subsidy in the case of Article 2 advance fixing for the 1989/90 marketing year for colza and rape will be confirmed or replaced as from 17 March This Regulation shall enter into force on 17 March 1989.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
