COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1794/89 of 22 June 1989 amending Regulation (EEC) No 2078/87 amending Regulation (EEC) No 1956/87 as regards the coefficients to be applied to certain monetary compenstory amounts fixed in advance in the cereals sector

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, whereas the adjustments introduced by Regulation (EEC) No 2078/87 should accordingly be corrected ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the opinion of the relevant Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1677/85 management committees, of 11 June 1985 on monetary compensatory amounts in agriculture ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1 889/87 (2), and in particular Article 12 thereof, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION :
