COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 3080/89 of 12 October 1989 fixing die export refunds on milk and milk products

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, — the need to avoid disturbances on the Community market, and Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European — the economic aspect of the proposed exports ; Economic Community,
