COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 2395/90 of 16 August 1990 fixing the export refunds on milk and milk products

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, the need to avoid disturbances on the Community market, and Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European the economic aspect of the proposed exports ; Economic Community,
