COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 2421 /90 of 20 August 1990 altering the export refunds on white sugar and raw sugar exported in the natural state

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, market situation, no refund should be fixed for products to be exported to that destination, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, Having regard to the Act of Accession of Spain and HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Portugal,

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1785/81 of 30 June 1981 on the common organization of the Article 1 markets in the sugar sector ('), as last amended by Regula­ tion (EEC) No 1069/89 (2), and in particular the second 1 .
