COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 2659/90 of 17 September 1990 fixing the export refunds on milk and milk products and amending Regulation (EEC) No 3846/87 establishing an agricultural product nomenclature for export refunds

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, — the need to avoid disturbances on the Community market, and Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European — the economic aspect of the proposed exports ; Economic Community,
