COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 137/91 of 21 January 1991 fixing the export refunds on fruit and vegetables

Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation are in Spain and on the other part in Portugal shall be those in accordance with the opinion of the Management given in columns II and III of the Annex. The provisions of Articles 5 (l)(b) and 19 (l)(c) of Regulation (EEC) No 3665/87 shall apply to exports of HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : fresh sweet oranges, lemons, walnuts in shell, shelled hazelnuts, apples and table grapes as set out in the Annex Article 1 hereto.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
