COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 250/91 of 31 January 1991 amending for the first time Regulation (EEC) No 1850/90 fixing countervailing charges on seeds

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, (EEC) No 1665/72 ^, as amended by Regulation (EEC) No 281 1 /86 (6), requires that these charges be amended ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the opinion of the Management Having regard to the Act of Accession of Spain and Committee for Seeds, Portugal, Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 2358/71 HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : of 26 October 1971 on the common organization of the market in seeds ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1 239/89 (2), and in particular Article 6 (5) thereof, Article 1 Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1850/90 (3) Annex I to Regulation (EEC) No 1850/90 is replaced by fixed countervailing charges on seeds in respect of a the Annex to this Regulation. certain type of hybrid maize and sorghum for sowing ; Whereas, since that time, a significant variation has been Article 2 recorded in the free-at-frontier offer prices which, under the terms of Article 4 (2) of Commission Regulation This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 February 1991 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
