COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1146/92 ol 5 May 1992 amending Regulation (EEC) No 975/92 opening a standing invitation to tender for the supply to Lithuania of bread-making common wheat held by the German intervention agency

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the opinion of the Management Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Committee for Cereals, Economic Community,

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 2727/75 of 29 October 1975 on the common organization of the HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : market in cereals ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 674/92 (2), and in particular Article 7 (5) thereof, Article 1 Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1836/82 (3), Annex I to Regulation (EEC) No 975/92 is replaced by as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 3043/91 (4), lays the Annex hereto. down the procedure and conditions for the disposal of cereals held by intervention agencies ; Article 2 Whereas on 30 April 1992 Germany notified the Commission that it wished to amend the Annex to Regu­ This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its lation (EEC) No 975/95 (*) ; whereas it is possible to publication in the Official Journal of the European accede to that request ; Communities.
