COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 2217/92 of 31 July 1992 fixing the export refunds on poultrymeat

Whereas it follows from applying these rules and criteria HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : to the present situation on the market in poultrymeat that the refund should be fixed at an amount which would permit Community participation in world trade and would also take account of the nature of these exports and Article 1 their importance at the present time ;

Whereas Council Regulation (EEC) No 1432/92 (4), as The list of products for which, when they are exported, amended by Regulation (EEC) No 2015/92 (*), prohibits the export refund referred to in Article 9 of Regulation trade between the Community and the Republics of (EEC) No 2777/75 is granted, and the amount of that refund shall be as shown in the Annex hereto. Serbia and Montenegro ; whereas this prohibition does not apply to certain situations as given in the limitative enumeration laid down in Articles 2 and 3 ; whereas this should be taken into account when refunds are fixed ; Article 2 Whereas if the refund system is to operate normally, refunds should be calculated on the following basis : This Regulation shall enter into force on 4 August 1992.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
