COMMISSION REGULATION (EC) No 3527/93 of 21 December 1993 fixing the amounts by which import duties on beef and veal originating in the African, Caribbean and Pacific States (ACP) are to be reduced

*HE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, Regulation (EEC) No 970/90 (3), as last amended by Regu­ lation (EEC) No 3808/92 (4), laving regard to the Treaty establishing the European Community,

-laving regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 715/90 of HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : i March 1990 on the arrangements applicable to agricul­ ural products and certain goods resulting from the Article 1 >rocessing of agricultural products originating in the African, Caribbean and Pacific States (ACP) or in the The amounts by which import duties on beef and veal are >verseas countries and territories (OCT) ('), as amended by to be reduced pursuant to Article 3 of Regulation (EEC) legulation (EEC) No 297/91 (2), and in particular Article No 715/90 shall, in respect of importations during the I thereof, first quarter of 1994 be as shown in the Annex hereto. Whereas Article 3 of Regulation (EEC) No 715/90 provides for a 90 % reduction in the import duties on Article 2 >eef and veal ; whereas the amount of this reduction must >e calculated in conformity with Article 3 of Commission This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 1994.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
