COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 376/94

of 18 February 1994

amending the export refunds on pigmeat

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, export refunds at present in force should be altered to the amounts set out in the Annex hereto, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Community, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION :

Having regard to Regulation (EEC) No 2759/75 of the Article 1 Council of 29 October 1975 on the common organization of the market in pigmeat ('), as last amended by Regula­ The export refunds on the products listed in Article 1 tion (EEC) No 1249/89 (2), and in particular the second paragraph 1 of Regulation (EEC) No 2759/75, exported in sentence of Article 15 (5) thereof, the natural state, as fixed in the Annex to Regulation (EC) No 293/94 are hereby altered as shown in the Annex to Whereas the export refunds on pigmeat were fixed by this Regulation. Article 2 Whereas it follows from applying the detailed rules contained in Commission Regulation (EC) No 293/94 to This Regulation shall enter into force on 19 February the information known to the Commission that the 1994.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
