COMMISSION REGULATION (EC) No 816/94 of 12 April 1994 temporarily suspending the advance fixing of export refunds on beef and veal

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, the advance fixing of refunds should be urgently suspended temporarily, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Community, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 805/68 of 27 June 1968 on the common organization of the market in beef and veal ('), as last amended by Regulation (EC) Article 1 No 361 1 /93 (2), 1 . This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
