COMMISSION REGULATION (EC) No 1531/94 of 30 June 1994 fixing the amounts by which import duties on beef and veal originating in the African, Caribbean and Pacific States (ACP) are to be reduced

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, Regulation (EEC) No 970/90 (3), as last amended by Regu­ lation (EEC) No 3808/92 (4), Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Community,

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 715/90 of HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 5 March 1990 on the arrangements applicable to agricul­ tural products and certain goods resulting from the Article 1 processing of agricultural products originating in the African, Caribbean and Pacific States (ACP) or in the The amounts by which import duties on beef and veal are overseas countries and territories (OCT) ('), as last to be reduced pursuant to Article 3 of Regulation (EEC) amended by Regulation (EC) No 235/94 (2), and in parti­ No 715/90 shall, in respect of importations during the cular Article 3 thereof, third quarter of 1994 be as shown in the Annex hereto. Whereas Article 3 of Regulation (EEC) No 715/90 provides for a 90 % reduction in the import duties on Article 2 beef and veal ; whereas the amount of this reduction must be calculated in conformity with Article 3 of Commission This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 1994.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
