COMMISSION REGULATION (EC) No 2667/94 of 31 October 1994 closing an invitation to tender for the supply of cereals as food aid

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Community, Article 1 Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 3972/B6 of 22 December 1986 on food-aid policy and food-aid For lot A of the Annex to Regulation (EC) No 2446/94 management ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) the invitation to tender is closed. No 1930/90 (2), and in particular Article 6 (1 ) (c) thereof, Whereas, by Regulation (EC) No 2446/94 (3) as amended by Regulation (EC) No 2509/94 (4), the Commission Article 2 issued an invitation to tender for the supply of 73 850 tonnes of cereals as food aid ; whereas the conditions of the supply, as regards lot A, should be reviewed and the This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its invitation to tender for that lot should consequently be publication in the Official Journal of the European closed, Communities.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
