REGULATION (EEC) No 2164/71 OF THE COMMISSION of 8 October 1971 amending Regulation (EEC) No 258/71 and reopening the standing invitation to tender relating to the exportation of raw beet sugar provided for in that Regulation

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COM­ HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : MUNITIES, Article 1 Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community; The standing invitation to tender provided for in Regulation (EEC) No 258/71 and suspended by Regulation (EEC) No 632/71 is hereby reopened. Having regard to Council . Regulation No 1009/67/EEC1 of 18 December 1967 on the common organisation of the market in sugar, as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1060/71 ,2 and in particular, Article 2 Articles 11 (2) and 17 (4) thereof;
