REGULATION (EEC) No 1954/72 OF THE COMMISSION of 12 September 1972 on transitional measures for butter intended for the manufacture of products falling within tariff subheadings Nos 18.06 B and 21.07 C and amending Regulation (EEC) No 1716/72
