REGULATION (EEC) No 460/73 OF THE COMMISSION of 31 January 1973 amending Regulation (EEC) No 204/67 fixing coefficients for calculating levies on pig­ meat products other than pig carcases

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN lation No 137/67/EEC (6) of 13 June 1967 laying down COMMUNITIES , general rules for the system of 'pilot products and derived products' allowing additional amounts to be fixed for pigmeat, as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 231 /73 (7), fixing the coefficients applicable Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European to bacon products ; Economic Community ; Whereas the measures provided for in this Regula' ion Having regard to Council Regulation No 121 /67/ are in accordance with the Opinion of the Manage­ EEC i1) of 13 June 1967 on the common organization ment Committee for Pigmeat ; of the market in pigmeat, as last amended by the Act (2) annexed to the Treaty ( 3) concerning the Accession of new Member States to the European HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Economic Community and the European Atomic Energy Community, signed at Brussels on 22 January Article 1 1972, and in particular Article 10 (4) thereof ; Annex I to Regulation No 204/67/EEC is replaced by Whereas the coefficients provided for in Article 10 (4) the Annex to this Regulation . of Regulation No 121 /67/EEC for the products , other than pig carcases, listed in Article 1 ( 1 ) thereof, were fixed by Commission Regulation No 204/67/EEC (4) Article 2 of 28 June 1967 fixing coefficients for calculating levies on pigmeat products other than pig carcases , as This Regulation shall enter into force on the day last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 2854/71 (5) ; following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities . Whereas the nomenclature in Annex I of that Regu­ lation should be aligned with that of Council Regu­ It shall apply from 1 February 1973 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
