REGULATION (EEC) No 1131/73 OF THE COMMISSION of 30 April 1973 fixing the export refunds on molasses, syrups and certain other sugar products exported in the natural state

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : EEC, exported in the natural state, is hereby fixed as shown in the Annex to this Regulation.

Article1

The refund to be granted on the products listed in This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 May 1973 . Article 1 ( 1 ) (c) and (d) of Regulation No 1009/67/

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
