REGULATION (EEC) No 2787 /73 OF THE COMMISSION of 12 October 1973 amending Regulation (EEC) No 2056/73 fixing compensatory amounts for pigmeat products

Whereas the compensatory amounts applicable up to 31 July 1974 for pigmeat products were fixed by Article 1 Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2056/73 (4) of 27 July 1973 ; In the Annex to Regulation (EEC) No 2056 /73 : Whereas the compensatory amounts applicable from (a) Under CCT heading No 02.05 B, the amounts that same date for products other than pig carcases are 3-20 and 1-28 are replaced by the amounts 2-75 and 1-10 , to be derived by means of coefficients expressing the rates referred to in Article 10 ( 1 ) and (2) (a) of Council (b) Under CCT heading No 15.01 AI and II, the Regulation No 121 /67/ EEC (5) of 13 June 1967 on amounts 4-35 and 1-74 are replaced by the the common organization of the market in pigmeat, amounts 3-66 and 1-47 . as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1 652/73 (6), annexed to the Treaty of Accession , from those appli­ Article 2 cable for pig carcases ; Whereas Commission Regulation No 204/67/EEC ( 7) This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 November of 28 June 1967 fixing coefficients for calculating 1973 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
