REGULATION (EEC No 3563 / 73 OF THE COMMISSION of 21 December 1973 repealing Regulation (EEC) No 1623/73 fixing compensatory amounts applicable to Ireland from 1 July 1973 in respect of plaice

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN consequently, repealed Regulation (EEC) No 240/73 COMMUNITIES, by Regulation (EEC) No 3399/73 (5 ) of 1 1 December 1973 . It is therefore necessary to repeal Regulation Having regard to the Treaty (') on the Accession of (EEC) No 1623/73 . new Member States to the European Economic Community and the European Atomic Energy Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation Community, signed on 22 January 1972 ; are in accordance with the Opinion of the Manage­ ment Committee for Fishery Products, Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 240 / 73 (2) of 31 January 1973 laying down general HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : rules for the system of compensatory amounts for plaice, and in particular Article 1 1 (2) thereof ; Article 1 Whereas compensatory amounts applicable from 1 July 1973 have been fixed by Commission Regulation Regulation (EEC) No 1623/73 is hereby repealed . (EEC) No 1623/ 73 (3 ) of 18 July 1973 ; Article 2 Whereas by Regulation (EEC) No 3395/73 (4), the Council has fixed a common guide price for plaice for This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January the whole Community for the 1974 fishing year and, 1974 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
